for Symphonic Windband and male and female singer (2020)

Composed for the Symphonic Windband of the University of Augsburg and the 50th jubilee of the University. The work was premiered and conducted by Maurice Hamers, the composer (1st and 2nd of February 2020). Since the year 2000, Maurice Hamers is Professor of Conducting at the University of Augsburg. He teaches Conducting for Symphonic Windband, Fanfareband and Brassband. Scientia means ‘knowledge’ and  Conscientia ‘conscience’. It is the motto of the University of Augsburg;

“Scientia et Conscientia”.
