The Chakras – Our connection to cosmos:

Our physical body is no closed entity towards the outside. There is a permanent exchange with various cosmic energy levels. The aura which we are surrounded by makes this interchange possible.

On the one hand we are not able to survive without such cosmic energies, on the other hand the bio-system would be overstrained if these cosmic energies could enter our body unfiltered.

The reception of energy is controlled via the chakra energy in- and outputs. These chakras mostly work subconsciously. They are located in the aether body. The chakras react to our inner impulses

and to those coming from our surroundings. For our well-being it is important that these chakras are balanced.

The composition has 8 parts. After the first movement “The Kundalini Motif”, Maurice Hamers describes the 7 main Chakras:

1. Root Chakra .

The root chakra is also called the base chakra. A person’s position in life and how the person brings his energy down to the ground depend on this chakra. This chakra is related to vitality, healthiness, modesty, endurance and stamina.

2.Sacral Chakra .

personal relations, sexuality and satisfaction of the senses

The sacral chakra strengthens enthusiasm and nice feelings. It helps to find balance in our lives. It supports our body rhythm and the connection to the spleen which helps to maintain energy. Our interpersonal relationships are strongly coined by this chakra. The constructive energies of nature are absorbed by this chakra.

3.Solar Plexus Chakra .

personal power (or non-power)

It coins our view of the world like no other chakra.

Our powerful feelings and our desire stream out of this chakra. Our ego is housed in this chakra.

The solar plexus takes energy from the sun, which gives us physical vitality. This is the area, which

defines our personality and self-esteem. This chakra helps us to have trust in life and here

we experience other people’s vibrations. It warns us from danger through tightening. It expands when feeling comfortable.

4.Heart Chakra .

love and forgiveness

The heart chakra transforms our hurtful feelings. It is the gate to our feelings and inner peace. Joy and calmness can be lived. It makes our feelings and thoughts tackle the problems of every day life. This chakra can strongly shine towards the outside and therefore is to be seen as our healing centre. Deep zest for life is experienced here.

5.Throat Chakra .

It is the centre for ideas and creative expression. Vocal language and communication are strengthened here. Communicate open and without anxiety. Also silence and coaction between head and body is enabled here. We can hear our inner voice.

6.Forehead Chakra.

intuition and wisdom

It is also called the third eye. Clear thinking and concentration are strengthened by the brow chakra.

Ideas, which we would like to realise are of importance. Here we experience that we are in control of ourselves. A clear mind and intuition are housed in this chakra. When thinking too intellectual the brow chakra intervenes.

7.Crown Chakra .

Spirituality, realization of the existence, thoughtless harmony

The crown chakra is said to be the chakra of consciousness – the master chakra that connects to all levels. We get fundamental impulses on how to lead our life from here and we experience

knowledge that exceeds our intellect by far. Everything makes sense and is full of creational

energy.
